DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO ORDER AND CREATE THE PERFECT JACKET:-
1 Choose the correct age
2 Choose which style letter you would like (this listing is for ONE letter ONLY)
Style 1 - 5x5 cm
Style 2 - 7 cm up to 8cm depending on the letter eg O is 7x4cm wide but W is 7x8cm
Style 3 - 5x5.5 cm
3 Then Choose 5 patches for jackets from 12 months to 4 years and 6 patches for jackets from 4 years to 8 years
4 Screen shot and circle the patches you would like and then send the photo to me
5 Sit back and wait for it to arrive
6 Share a picture with me of your child wearing it if you love it! I will only use the photo if you allow me to
7 Tell everyone where you bought it from :-)
If you don’t send me what you would like on the jacket within 48 hours of the order I will just choose the style of Letter and patches for you.
Each jacket is sourced from high street shops and therefore each jacket will differ slightly in colour and design. If you would like to see the jacket before you purchase please message me and I can send you a photo of the size you are wanting. I buy them all as hip/waist length and not short. They are all bought 2nd hand but I only buy them new with tags or new and unworn without tags and they are all inspected before they are done.
Colours of the letters are as you see in the photos and cannot be changed so please make sure you are happy with the colour before ordering.
The patches are high-quality embroidered patches and a special vegan/non-toxic glue is used.
The Jackets can be washed on a low heat 20 to 30 degrees and on a gentle spin.
Being a custom-made item I do not offer refunds or exchanges please ensure you check the measurements and age before ordering.
Turnaround is 5-7 days then delivery on top which includes free 2nd class delivery, if you would like it quicker please select 1st class.
