Returns & Refunds
So your order arrives and it's not quite what you expected, no problem at all, just send it back in unused condition within 7 days for full refund (unfortunately postage cannot be covered). Please do drop me an email to explain beforehand and also a photo of a proof of postage will be required before a refund will be processed.
If you receive an item that's faulty upon delivery then we'll make things even easier by sending you a pre-paid label so you can send it back and get a new one as quickly as possible.
Refunds will only be issued to products that are NOT personalised.
We must be advised within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives incorrect or damaged. Refunds will not be given on personalised orders if spelt incorrectly on the order, it will be copy and pasted so please don't expect us to know how something should be spelt.
