Canvas Bum bag, waist bag, across the body bag or as the Americans say a Fanny pack..... whatever you call them these are super cool and a perfect way for your little ones to take some responsibility and carry some of their own things.

Zipped section is approx 20cm x 11cm but from edge to edge they are 26cm x 13cm

The smallest measurement when the belt is open and lay out is 70cm and the largest is 90cm.  Suitable for toddlers if worn over the shoulder but if being worn as a bum bag then from 4 years to 10 ish

Excellent customer care

The true quality of customer service is what happens when something goes wrong. In this case, Caroline emailed me straight away to say that unfortunately I had not paid sufficient to cover the cost of my personalised order. I asked her to amend my order to be in line with the payment I’d made (ie: no personalisation) but she then explained that she didn't have a perfect bag in my preferred colour in stock. She kept in good contact with me throughout. Over the next few days I then changed my mind and asked if I could have a personalised bag after all. She kindly offered to take the extra cost due to the delay (of only a few days) and duly delivered the bag beautifully made and packed. This is how to treat a problem as an opportunity. Thank you Caroline.
